A REAL ramen shop. I don't believe the staff are Japanese, but they know what they are doing. One of the best ramen shops I've been to since returning from Japan. The large ramen was too big for me, and I hate to waste food. Tonkotsu ramen was exactly what I would hope it to taste like.
Delicious and fresh food. Love the crab ragoons! The people are very friendly and helpful too. Would highly recommend eating here!
Went here for son's birthday. Everyone enjoyed their meals, service was great. Portions are very big, ordered large ramen and was enough for two meals (took half home). Will definitely be back.

I've eaten here twice and have been impressed both times. The staff is friendly and the food has always been good. There isn't a ton of seating, but it seems to move pretty quickly. I would definitely recommend eating here any time and think that the takeout would be just as reliable too!
Amazing selection and delicious food. Coming from California, I was worried about not finding a good ramen/sushi place. Edamame has both. Everything I've tried has been exceptional and very much worth the prices. The large ramen is gigantic. The service is also great. I also love their milk tea/boba options.

Relaxing jazz music, quick service, but most importantly, amazing food. I had the Tonkatsu Ramen, and some Takoyaki to start. It's genuine, and an amazing experience, even for experienced foodies. The broth will knock your socks off!
Everything was delicious! Came in for lunch on a Monday, service was very quick. Ordered the shrimp tempura ramen, the shrimp came on the side, which was nice, since the shrimp stayed nice and crispy. The ramen was savory and the eggs were cooked just right. Will be back for sure
